Halfway between Annecy and La Clusaz, at the foot of the Parmelan mountain, this wooden chalet is the perfect balance for a stay between lake and mountain.
Annecy is 20 minutes, Lake Annecy 10 minutes, the resort of La Clusaz 20 minutes.
Offering a magnificent view, open on the surrounding mountains, facing south, this chalet is a haven of peace and tranquility.
Two large outdoor terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun on the deckchairs and share your meals facing the mountain.

Summary: This lovely chalet in a small village is surrounded by dramatic views of mountains and rolling landscape during the day and starry skies at night. The interior is very nicely appointed with comfortable furniture, beds, and shower, and a kitchen that was well equipped for at-home meals. The balcony in the front of the house and the large patio in the back provide both sun and shade during the day. The charming town of Thônes, with ample shops and restaurants as well as a lively Saturday market, is about ten minutes away, and beautiful Lake Annecy about five minutes farther. Wonderful hiking abounds, both out the door of the chalet and within reasonable driving distance. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every day, even when the Wifi was at times balky.
